Coaching engagements start with a free assessment. I read every application personally and reply within three business days — usually within 24 hours.

Same programming standard whether we work in-person or online. The online retainer is priced lower because delivery cost is lower; committing to a cadence is what earns the deeper discount.

Up to 12 sessions per billing period plus a dedicated monthly programming review — a sit-down to review progress, adjust the plan, and map what's next.

Monthly retainers bill in advance on the same day each month, auto-renew, cancel any time with 30-day written notice. 24-hour cancellation policy on individual sessions; one session per period may roll over into the following month with prior notice. Plan changes prorate. Single- session credits are non-refundable but transferable to a retainer credit at any time.

Free assessment

Performance Assessment (45-60 min in-person) or Fitness Consultation (online intake) — your call. I see how you move and we figure out whether coaching is the right next step.

Apply + onboard

If coaching is the right path, you apply, complete a health intake (PAR-Q+), and sign the standard coaching documents electronically.

Pick your cadence

In-person or online. Single sessions or a 1×/2×/3× weekly retainer. Schedule directly through the booking system — no back-and-forth.
