Live 1:1 online coaching · Nationwide
I help people keep sayingyes to the life they want.
Free 20-minute consultation. No workout. No obligation.
What you get
A real coach, not a program you download.
Live, coached sessions
We meet on video and I coach the reps in real time — not a library of clips you work through alone.
Built around your week
Your equipment, your schedule, your history. The plan bends to the life you actually have.
Anywhere in the U.S.
Train from home, your gym, or a hotel room. The room changes; the coaching doesn't.
Starts with a conversation
Twenty minutes, free, no workout — enough to tell whether this is right for you.

What it looks like
Wherever you train. Me on the other side of it.
Your gym, your garage, a corner of the living room, a hotel room on a work trip — you prop a phone or a laptop where I can see you move, and we train. You get the coaching: the cueing, the corrections, the decision to change something mid-set.
A full gym floor works as well as a garage — better, when the equipment is there. Where you train is yours to pick. The coaching is the part I bring.
Who this is for
Online coaching is probably a good fit if:
- You want direct access to a coach, not another generic program
- You need training built around a demanding career, travel, family, or a schedule that refuses to hold still
- You're returning after months or years away and want to rebuild intelligently
- You want to hold onto muscle and physical capacity while losing weight on a GLP-1 medication
- You have equipment at home or a gym membership, but need structure, feedback, and accountability
- You want progress without being pushed into exercises that don't fit your body
What clients say
First thing that's ever stuck.
I came into this totally sedentary with basically zero training history, and Demitry's mix of functional and strength work is the first thing that's ever actually stuck for me. A few months in I'm moving weight I genuinely didn't think I had in me, and he's the reason for that.

More than just results.
Because of Demitry's guidance, I've gained more than just results in the gym. I've built confidence, accountability, and the drive to keep improving every day. Thank you for always pushing me beyond my limits and believing in me even when I doubted myself.

What's included
Personal coaching, not a template.
Live coaching sessions
We train together in real time over video. I watch your movement, coach the technique, swap an exercise that isn't working, and adjust the session while it's happening — not a week later.
A plan built around you
Your program reflects your goals, training history, movement quality, available equipment, schedule, and what you can actually handle right now. Not a template with your name at the top.
Ongoing adaptation
When your readiness, recovery, schedule, or equipment changes, the plan changes with you. A disrupted week doesn't mean starting over.
Clear progression
You move forward on movement quality, control, strength, and readiness — not because the calendar says week four.
Accountability between sessions
You know what to do, why you're doing it, and what comes next. Form videos and questions get answered between sessions, not filed.
Twenty minutes. Nothing to prepare.
How it works
Start with a conversation.
- 01
Free 20-minute online coaching consultation
We talk through your goals, training history, schedule, equipment, and what's made progress difficult before. No workout, and no sales presentation.
- 02
Online movement assessment
If coaching looks like a good fit, I evaluate how you actually move and what capacity you're starting from — over video. The plan comes after this, never before it.
- 03
Begin live online coaching
We train one-to-one with clear instruction and real-time feedback, on a program that develops as you do.
- 04
Adjust as life changes
Travel, missed sessions, soreness, a schedule that shifts, a goal that changes — all of it gets handled inside the coaching, not treated as failure.
Why work with me
Coaching for the body you have now.
Most fitness programs assume perfect weeks, constant motivation, and a body with no history. That's not most people, and it's never been how I coach.
I assess first. I identify what needs attention, build from the capacity you actually have today, and progress only when the movement supports it.
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Nutrition Coach. My work focuses on sustainable strength, adaptive training, returning to exercise after time away, and preserving muscle through GLP-1 weight loss.
My job isn't to give you the hardest workout you can survive. It's to help you build strength you can use — and keep building.

Coaching supports your health; it does not replace medical advice.
Before you talk yourself out of it
You don't need a particular setup.
A commercial gym membership, a garage rack, or two dumbbells and a bit of floor — the program gets built around what you actually have. I won't tell you every goal is reachable with every setup; that isn't true. The consultation is where we find out whether yours works, and I'll tell you straight either way.
Online coaching works with
- A commercial gym
- A home gym
- Dumbbells and a bench
- Resistance bands
- Limited equipment
- Bodyweight and household space
Online coaching questions
What actually happens on the free 20-minute consultation?
We talk. I ask what you want to be able to do, what your training history looks like, what your week actually allows, and what equipment you have. You ask me anything you want about how I coach. At the end I tell you honestly whether one-to-one online coaching is the right fit — and if it isn't, I'll point you at what is. There's no workout on the call and nothing to prepare.
What does online coaching cost?
Online coaching runs on a monthly retainer, starting at $200 per month for one live session a week, $400 for two, and $600 for three. Single online sessions are $60 if you'd rather not commit to a cadence. It's the same rate as training with me in person — you're paying for the coaching, and that doesn't get thinner over Zoom. We work out which cadence fits only after we've established that the coaching itself is a fit — that's what the consultation is for.
Is this just an app that assigns workouts?
No. This is live one-to-one coaching — we meet over video and I coach the session in real time. An app-only model is exactly what this isn't. You get a real coach, a plan built from your movement assessment, and adjustments as your life changes.
What equipment do I need?
Less than you'd think. The program is built around what you actually have access to — a full gym, a pair of dumbbells and a bench, bands, or bodyweight and floor space. I won't pretend every goal is reachable with every setup, but the consultation is where we find out whether yours works.
Can you coach me while I'm on a GLP-1 medication?
Yes, and it's a common reason people reach out. Rapid weight loss costs you muscle alongside fat unless training and protein intake are built to protect it, so the coaching focuses on keeping the strength and capacity you have while the weight comes off. I coach the training side and work alongside your prescriber — I don't manage medication or dosing. If you'd rather start with a self-guided app than one-to-one coaching, GLP Fitness is the one I built for exactly that.
Where do you coach online clients?
Anywhere in the United States. The coaching, the programming, and the accountability are the same ones I run in person locally — only the room changes.
Book your consultation
You don't need to know what kind of program you need.
You only need to know what you want to become more capable of doing. Use the call to talk through where you are, what's been getting in the way, and whether one-to-one online coaching with me is the right fit.
Online coaching starts at $200 per month for one live session a week. We work out the right cadence only after we've decided the coaching is a good fit — the consultation itself is free, and there's no obligation attached to it.
