The real product

This is not a workout. It is a confidence restoration.

Most people who restart fitness do not need more information. They need lower fear, more clarity, and a realistic first step. That is what this consultation is built around. You should leave thinking this suddenly feels possible, not I got evaluated.

What happens in the room

Four parts. Forty-five to sixty minutes.

No surprises. Here is the shape of the conversation.

    01

    15-20 min

    Conversation

We talk about what has made consistency difficult, what you wish felt easier, and what realistic success would actually look like for you. No movement yet. Just a real conversation.

    02

    10-15 min

    Basic movement & comfort check

Simple, safe, low-pressure movements. Sit-to-stand. Walking. A light carry. A wall push-up. This is not a test. We are checking comfort and coordination, not exposing weakness.

    03

    10 min

    Lifestyle & readiness

We talk through your schedule, your environment, your recovery, and the support around you. Most people do not fail from a bad program. They fail from lifestyle friction. We name it early.

    04

    10-15 min

    Your clarity moment

We sit down with what came up. I show you a realistic first phase. The work feels manageable, because it is.

What you walk out with

The S2S Starting Point Plan.

A short, personal plan. Five sections. Plain language. Yours to keep, whether or not you continue with anything after.

    Your current starting point

What you are working with right now. Not a grade, not a score. A clear picture of where the plan begins.

    What is going well

What you already have going for you. Habits, strengths, mindset, things that came up in conversation. The plan is built on top of this, not around it.

    Your primary barriers

The real reasons consistency has been hard. Not movement deficiencies. Schedule, confidence, structure, the things in your actual life.

    Your first 4-6 weeks

A realistic first phase. Two to three sessions a week, 30-45 minutes. Simple progression, joint-friendly movements, low intimidation. Built to feel doable from day one.

    Your recommended entry path

Where to go from here. A beginner program, a coaching layer, or a small accountability step. Whatever fits where you actually are.

Honest fit check

Who this is for.

This consultation

  • You used to be active and want to come back
  • You have a gym membership and have not used it
  • You feel out of place in fitness spaces
  • You have tried before and stopped
  • You are not sure where to begin
  • You want a realistic plan, not a transformation pitch

Not the right fit

  • Active gym-goers looking to optimize a current program (that is the Performance Assessment, not this)
  • Anyone wanting an aggressive transformation timeline
  • Anyone looking for nutrition or weight-loss programming (this is movement and confidence-first)

Common questions

Things people usually want to know first.

Is this really free?
Yes. The 60-minute consultation and the Starting Point Plan are free. There is no obligation to continue with anything after, and no pressure inside the session.
Do I need to be in shape to come in?
No. This is built specifically for people who are not. Coming in deconditioned, out of practice, or unsure is the normal starting point, not the exception.
What do I wear?
Anything you can move comfortably in. We will do simple movements, nothing intense. Closed-toe shoes are helpful.
How long is the plan good for?
The first phase is built for 4-6 weeks. After that, the relationship is ongoing. We can revisit and adjust as life changes.
What if I am dealing with a medical condition?
Tell me up front in the conversation. I am a NASM-CPT and corrective exercise specialist, not a medical provider. If a condition needs clearance, I will say so directly. This is movement coaching, not medical advice.
