Couples & group training

Train together. Show up for each other.

The same coaching I build for one person — opened up to two, or a few. Partner sessions for couples and spouses, small groups for friends. One shared program, scaled to each body, run in your home. The accountability comes built in.

We start with a free assessment so I can see how each person moves. In-person only — the value of training together lives in the same room.

Partner · 2:1

You and your person

Couples, spouses, or a single training partner. One coach, the two of you, one shared session — programmed together and scaled to each body. You show up because someone's counting on you to.

Semi-private · 3–4

You and your people

Grab two or three friends and train together. Everyone runs the same session, with the load and variation adjusted per person. One person organizes and pays; the group splits it privately. Capped at four so every rep still gets coached — not a class.

Why train together

The person next to you is the program.

Different fitness levels are not a problem — that's the whole point of a coach in the room. You each get your own load and your own progressions inside the same session. Nobody gets left behind and nobody gets held back.

  • Accountability that actually holds — the strongest predictor of showing up is doing it with someone who'll notice when you don't.
  • Private-caliber coaching at a shared rate: the same programming standard as 1:1, split between you.
  • You get healthier together — the session doubles as real time spent with the people you'd want it with anyway.
  • Lower intimidation. Walking in beside someone you trust makes the first month easier to start and harder to quit.

Rates

One session fee. Split between you.

A partner session is one flat fee for the two of you — $45 each, a real break on the 1:1 rate. Committing to a weekly cadence earns the deeper discount, exactly like it does 1:1. Groups work the same way: one organizer books and pays, priced by how many of you train — the group sorts out its own split. In-person only.

How group billing works

  • One organizer owns the booking and pays the whole fee. The group settles up privately — that part never touches our books.
  • The block reserves your weekly hour. The full fee stands whether or not everyone makes every session — you're reserving the hour, not buying attendance tickets.
  • Roster and price lock for the block. Adding or dropping someone takes effect at the start of the next four-session block.
  • Paid before the block begins. No individual refunds or per-person credits.
  • Every participant completes their own health screening (PAR-Q+) and signs the coaching documents.
  • Drop below three registered and it moves to partner (2:1) pricing at the next block.

Partner monthly retainers and group four-session blocks bill in advance, auto-renew, and cancel any time with 30-day written notice; roster and price changes take effect at the next block. Each participant completes their own health intake (PAR-Q+) and signs the standard coaching documents. Prepaid single sessions must be used within their stated window, with freeze and medical exceptions. Full details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
