Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and expirations work for each thing you can buy — self-guided Programs, 1:1 coaching Sessions (which must be used within 90 days), Membership, and the Adaptive add-on. In short: Programs carry a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee; Sessions follow a 24-hour cancellation rule and expire 90 days after purchase; Membership is cancel-anytime with no partial-period refunds; the Adaptive add-on is a one-time purchase, refundable within 14 days only until the engine first runs.

1.About this policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and expirations work for everything you can purchase from S2S LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Demitry Davidson ("we," "us," "our"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our [Terms of Service](/terms). Where a specific term here differs in detail from a general statement in the Terms, this policy controls for refunds and cancellations.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the state where you live. Where your state grants you a greater right than this policy offers, that right applies — see Section 8.

At a glance:

2.Self-Guided Programs

Programs (for example, Your First Pull-Up, Functional Strength Foundations, The Comeback, Built to Last) are digital products licensed to you the moment you purchase them.

2.1 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you training in the right Program, not sitting on one that isn't a fit. Every Program comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee: request a refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, and we'll refund it in full. We don't require proof that you followed the Program or ask you to justify the request.

To request a Program refund, email support@demitrydavidson.com from the address on your order within 30 days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. When we refund a Program, your access to it is removed.

2.2 After 30 days

Once 30 days have passed, Program sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law or as described in Sections 6 and 7 (billing errors, duplicate charges, and technical inaccessibility we cannot resolve).

2.3 One refund per customer

The guarantee is a good-faith promise, not a rental. It is limited to one refunded Program per customer; if you have previously received a money-back refund on any Program, later Program purchases are final.

No guaranteed outcome. A refund window is not a results guarantee. What you get from a Program depends on your effort, starting point, physiology, and factors outside our control. Buying a Program buys access to the programming, not a predetermined result.

3.1:1 Coaching Sessions

Coaching is a customized professional service delivered against time we set aside for you. Sessions are sold as a number of sessions, not as a stored-dollar credit.

3.1 Cancellation and rescheduling (24-hour rule)

Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours' notice, in writing, are no-charge, and the session returns to your balance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, and sessions ended early at your request are charged in full and consumed from your balance. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time; time lost to late arrival is not added on or credited.

3.2 Refunds on prepaid sessions

Before your engagement begins: you may cancel a session package and receive a full refund within 5 business days of purchase, provided no session has occurred.

After your engagement begins: unused, future sessions are refundable on a prorated basis if you end the engagement before they occur — calculated at our standard single-session rate (not the discounted package rate), less any administrative or onboarding fee we disclosed at purchase. Completed sessions, late-cancelled sessions, and no-show sessions are non-refundable. Sessions are non-transferable to other people unless we agree in writing.

3.3 Sessions expire 90 days from purchase

Prepaid sessions must be used within 90 days of the date of purchase. Sessions not used within that window expire and are not refundable, except as required by law or under the freeze and medical provisions below. This keeps coaching time reserved and current; it is not a stored-value credit and carries no cash value.

3.4 Freeze, medical, and injury exceptions

Life happens, and we'd rather pause than penalize. On request, we will freeze your remaining sessions and extend the 90-day window for a documented reason — injury, illness, pregnancy, or extended travel — typically for up to 90 additional days. For a documented medical inability to train (we may ask for a note from a qualified provider), we will refund your remaining, unused sessions at the standard single-session rate.

Coach cancellation. If we end your engagement, or cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice for any reason other than your own emergency, we will reschedule at our cost or credit the session, and we will refund any paid, unused time.

4.Membership

Membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly by default) until you cancel.

4.1 Cancel anytime

You may cancel at any time — through your account using the same online path you used to subscribe, or by emailing support@demitrydavidson.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period; you keep Membership benefits through that date. We do not refund or prorate partial periods, and payments for periods already begun are non-refundable.

4.2 Auto-renewal terms

Before you subscribe, we disclose — close to the subscribe button and before you enter payment details — that Membership auto-renews, the renewal price, the billing frequency, and how to cancel, and we obtain your affirmative consent to those renewal terms. After you subscribe, we send a confirmation with a cancellation link, and we send periodic renewal reminders. We give advance notice before any price change affecting a renewal. If you signed up at an introductory or promotional price, that discount is not refundable.

4.3 Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and, after a reasonable cure period, suspend or terminate Membership without refund of any prior period.

5.Adaptive add-on

The Adaptive add-on is an optional, one-time upgrade attached to a Program. It unlocks the Adaptive engine, which adjusts your session — its regressions and progressions — to how you report feeling that day.

5.1 One-time — it never auto-renews

The Adaptive add-on is a single charge. It is not a subscription and will never auto-renew or bill you again. You pay once and the feature stays unlocked for the Program it's attached to.

5.2 14-day refund — until the engine runs

Because the add-on unlocks immediately, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, but only until the Adaptive engine first adjusts a session for you. The first time the engine adapts your training is the point the feature is delivered and used, so it ends the refund window. At checkout you acknowledge that the add-on unlocks immediately and that the purchase becomes final once the Adaptive engine is used.

After 14 days, or after the engine has first run, Adaptive add-on sales are final, except where required by law or under Sections 6 and 7. To request a refund, email support@demitrydavidson.com from the address on your order.

6.Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact orders@demitrydavidson.com within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and refund any charge we confirm was made in error, regardless of the product-specific windows above.

If a Program or the Adaptive feature is genuinely inaccessible for technical reasons on our side and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time, we will refund it even outside the standard window.

7.How to request a refund

  • Email support@demitrydavidson.com (or orders@demitrydavidson.com for billing errors) from the email address on your order.
  • Tell us the product, the order or charge date, and briefly why — we don't require proof that you followed a Program.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days; your bank may take longer to post them.
  • When we refund a Program or the Adaptive add-on, the related access is removed.

8.Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us for a refund before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer — most issues are a quick fix, and a chargeback freezes our ability to help you directly. Filing a chargeback without first requesting a refund from us is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in loss of access to the affected product and suspension of your account. We respond to disputes with our records of your purchase, your acceptance of these terms, and your use of the product.

9.Your state-law rights

The Services are offered to residents of the United States, and your home state's consumer-protection law may give you rights beyond this policy. Those rights control where they conflict with anything here.

  • Session expiration. Some states restrict or prohibit expiration on prepaid services. Where your state does so — California, for example, restricts expiration on prepaid certificates — we honor your prepaid sessions accordingly, and the 90-day window in Section 3.3 is adjusted to the extent your state requires.
  • Refund-policy disclosure (e.g., California, New York). Our refund terms are disclosed on the checkout page before you pay. If any required disclosure was not made available to you before purchase, you may be entitled to the refund your state provides by default.
  • Fitness-services and cooling-off laws. Some states give buyers of prepaid fitness or personal-training services specific cancellation or cooling-off rights; nothing here waives them.

We will not enforce any term of this policy against you to a degree your state's mandatory law does not allow.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify active account holders by email. The terms that applied to a given purchase are the terms in effect when you bought — a later change does not retroactively remove a refund right you already had.
