The roster is small on purpose. I read every application myself and reply inside three business days, yes or no, with the reasoning.
What happens after you submit
- 1. I review the application. Honest read against what I can actually deliver for your body, your schedule, and your goal.
- 2. I reply within three business days. If it's a yes, I send a few short follow-up questions and a payment link at the rate this work calls for. If it's a no, I tell you why and point you at the better fit.
- 3. We schedule the first session. Movement screen, training history, training-year-one outline. Real conversation, no script.
Who tends to be a good fit
- Adults rebuilding after time off, injury, or chronic over-effort.
- Trainees who have been programming themselves for a while and the progress stopped.
- People with joint history who want strength back without making it worse.
Who tends not to be
- Anyone looking for a 30-day transformation. I don't sell that.
- Athletes prepping for a sport-specific competition inside 12 weeks.
- People who haven't decided yet whether they want a coach. Try a program first — add the Adaptive layer if you want the adaptive coaching on top.
