Strength · Control · Longevity

Build strength to sustainthe life you want.

The point of training was never the workout. It's the life your strength lets you keep living — active, capable, and on your own terms.

Free first assessment. In-home across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho & Santa Fe, or online anywhere in the U.S.

Why strength

Not the workout. The life it holds up.

01

Strength you can use

Training that makes everyday life — stairs, groceries, keeping up — genuinely easier.

02

Control and balance

Better mobility, balance, and body control, so you move through your day with confidence.

03

Built for longevity

The capacity to stay active and independent as the years add up.

04

A fuller life

The point was never the workout. It's everything strength lets you go and do.

Where to start

Find the right starting point for your goal.

Coaching built around your body and your life — not a routine copied from someone else.

Weight loss & body composition

Lose fat while keeping the muscle that keeps you strong. Strength work plus straightforward nutrition coaching that fits a real schedule.

Leaner, and still strong.

Before your first session

What a session actually looks like.

No gym, no membership, no commute. Choose how you train — coached live online anywhere in the U.S., or in person across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe.

Anywhere in the U.S.

01

Built around your space

I program each session for the room and equipment you already have — or spec a simple starter kit. No gym, no membership.

02

A full session, live on video

We meet in real time — a warm-up, working sets, and a cool-down, coached rep by rep. Not a PDF you're left to decode.

03

The space you'll need

A clear area about 6×6 feet and a phone or laptop propped where I can see you move. A living room is plenty.

04

On your schedule

Early, lunch, or late, in your timezone. Train anywhere in the U.S. — your coaching travels with you.

How to start

Four steps. The first one's free.

No script, no pressure. You bring whatever you bring; I'll reply within a day to set up your assessment.

Your coach

I train the way I coach.

I'm Demitry Davidson, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. The strength, control, and capability I coach are the ones I train for myself — hybrid strength and calisthenics, held to the same standards I hold you to.

More about the method

Watch the film

A minute on what strength is really for — and the life it's meant to hold up.

In their words

First thing that's ever stuck.

I came into this totally sedentary with basically zero training history, and Demitry's mix of functional and strength work is the first thing that's ever actually stuck for me. A few months in I'm moving weight I genuinely didn't think I had in me, and he's the reason for that.

More than just results.

Because of Demitry's guidance, I've gained more than just results in the gym. I've built confidence, accountability, and the drive to keep improving every day. Thank you for always pushing me beyond my limits and believing in me even when I doubted myself.
