- Is this a subscription?
- No. It's a one-time $40 charge per program, with a 12–18 week active window sized to the program. When the cycle completes, you keep your base program and progression memory — there's no recurring fee, and no auto-renewal.
- When does the cycle start?
- The moment the engine reads your first session — not when you pay. Buy on a Tuesday, start two weeks later, and the cycle opens on that first session. You don't lose time waiting for the right week to begin.
- What happens when the cycle completes?
- The Adaptive layer steps back, and your sessions return to the program plan as written. Your full program, every logged session, and the portal stay yours. If you want to keep training with Adaptive, you can re-up on this program any time, or apply it to a new one.
- Can I add Adaptive to a program I already own?
- Yes. From inside your program page there's a standalone purchase that adds Adaptive on top. No need to repurchase the base program.
- What if I miss a few weeks?
- The window is sized with that built in — every program's window has a buffer over the program length. If life eats a few weeks, the cycle is built to absorb that, and the engine doesn't punish gaps. Progression stays honest, not arbitrary.
