Choose how you train
Same coach. Same method. Your way.
In-home coaching
I come to you: your living room, garage, or building gym. A full strength setup arrives with me, every session.
Virtual coaching
The same program and the same coach, coached live over video. Train anywhere in the U.S., on a schedule that bends around your week.
Hybrid coaching
In-home sessions where it counts, online in between, so travel, weather, or a busy week never breaks your momentum.
How it works
You’re not buying workouts. You’re buying a plan built from real data.
Most in-home training is a workout delivered to your door. This starts with an assessment and a report, so the coaching is built around your body, not a template.
- 01
Book your free assessment
One call to talk through your goals, history, and schedule. No pressure, no sales script.
- 02
Movement & capability assessment
A session where I see how you actually move: strength, control, mobility, and the patterns that matter for real life.
- 03
Get your Capability Report
A clear, personalized read on where you are today and what to build. It is the same kind of report a performance clinic would hand you.
- 04
See how your plan is built
I walk you through the program built from your report: what we train, why, and how it progresses. You buy the plan understanding it.

Get startedWhy this isn’t just a trainer who shows up
A system, delivered to your door.
Plenty of trainers will drive to your house and run you through a workout. The difference here is what sits underneath the session.
Your coaching is built on a real movement and capability assessment, written up in a Capability Report, and delivered through a program that adjusts to how you recover and show up. Corrective-exercise training (NASM-CES) keeps it joint-smart, and the whole thing is organized around one idea: strength, control, and longevity that hold up for decades.
And it’s the same coach every session, never a rotating roster.
Questions
What Santa Fe clients ask
What if I'm a total beginner?
That's exactly who I specialize in. Most of the people I coach are returning after years away, building strength after 40, or starting from scratch. We begin from where your body actually is. The assessment makes sure of it, and we build from there.
Do I need any equipment or a home gym?
No. I bring a full strength setup to every session: bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and more. You just need a small clear space to move.
Where in Santa Fe do you train clients?
Across Santa Fe, from the east side to the foothills. Santa Fe sessions are scheduled on set travel days so each one is full and unhurried. Book ahead and we'll lock in your times.
How much does a personal trainer cost in Santa Fe?
Start with a free assessment. There's no charge and no obligation attached to it. After that, a single in-home session is $60 with no commitment, ongoing coaching is $200 a month for once weekly, and twice weekly is $400 a month. Equipment and travel within Santa Fe are included in every rate, and there's no membership or signup fee on top.
Are you a certified personal trainer?
Yes. NASM-certified as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), plus Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and the Senior Fitness Specialization (SFS). Every program starts from a movement and capability assessment rather than a template, and I adjust it session to session based on what your body is actually doing that week.
Do you train seniors and older adults at home?
Yes. Older adults are most of who I coach, and I hold NASM's Senior Fitness Specialization (SFS) on top of my CPT. In-home suits this work especially well: nothing to drive to, no machines to navigate, and no one waiting on the equipment. Because the program is built from your assessment rather than a template, the starting point matches what you can do today, and recovery is a variable I program around rather than a reason to go easy on you. If you're working around an injury or a condition, I build inside whatever your doctor or physical therapist has already cleared.
Can you work around a busy schedule?
Yes. Sessions run early morning through evening, and because I come to you, there's no commute eating your time. We build a schedule around your week.
In-home or online: which is right for me?
In-home is the most hands-on; online keeps the same coach and program with more flexibility; hybrid blends both. We'll pick the fit during your free assessment, and you can switch as life changes.
