Optional, voluntary, and revocable consent for the use of progress photos, video, and testimonials in marketing — declining it changes nothing about your coaching.

1.Optional & separate

This Media Release is voluntary. Granting it is not a condition of coaching, training, or any service. Declining it has no effect on your program, your pricing, or anything else about the engagement. We ask separately, and on an opt-in basis, because the use of your image is yours to decide.

2.What may be used

If you grant this release, you give S2S LLC, doing business as Demitry Davidson, permission to use the following, to the extent you have specified when granting it:

Progress photos — images you submit or that are taken during training to document physical progress;
Video — training or form-check footage;
Testimonials — written or recorded statements you provide about your experience;
First name or initials — used alongside the above for attribution, only as you have specified.

When you grant the release during onboarding, the specific scope you choose — which of these you permit, and any limits you set — is recorded with your consent.

3.Where it may be used

Subject to the scope you set, permitted uses are limited to:

the demitrydavidson.com website;
Demitry Davidson social media accounts;
marketing, educational, and promotional materials for the coaching practice.

4.Limits & what we won't do

Regardless of the scope granted, we will not:

use your full name, contact information, or any health detail beyond what you have explicitly approved;
sell or license your image to a third party;
use your image in a way that is defamatory, misleading, or that misrepresents your results;
present your outcome as a typical or guaranteed result — see the Informed Consent.

5.No compensation

You grant this release without expectation of payment, royalty, or other compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which your image appears, except as to the scope limits you set.

You may withdraw this release at any time by written request to privacy@demitrydavidson.com. Withdrawal takes effect for future use: we will stop using the affected media in new materials and remove it from surfaces we control within a reasonable period.

Withdrawal cannot retract material already published, already distributed, printed, or already in circulation on third-party platforms before the withdrawal — for example, a social post that others have already shared. We will make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee removal from places outside our control.

You grant this release by affirmatively opting in during onboarding and specifying its scope. Leaving it unchecked means it is not granted, and that is a complete and acceptable choice. Electronic consent, where granted, is binding under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and the New Mexico Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, and the date, time, version, and scope are recorded.

This release is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and supplements our Privacy Policy.
